• Track your claims: We monitor the progress of your claims to ensure timely processing.

To ensure smooth processing, we kindly ask that you:

• Inform us of any changes to your insurance plan prior to your visit.
• Be aware that you are responsible for any fees not covered by your insurance plan.

While most insurance companies respond to claims within 4–6 weeks, any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
